Why it stays simple
Many small-business sites run on WordPress with a theme and a stack of plugins from different developers. Each update is a chance for something to break. Our sites are hand-coded static pages, with no plugins and no database on the server, so there's far less to go wrong.
How updates work
Text or email Roger: "we're closed Labor Day," "new price for gutter cleaning," a photo of the finished kitchen. It's handled under your plan. If a request needs a new page, you'll get a price before any work starts.

What kind of edits are included?
Routine updates: hours, prices, photos, staff changes, seasonal offers. New pages or bigger changes get a quote first.
What if the website goes down?
We're alerted and we fix it. Since the sites are static pages with no database or plugins, it rarely happens.
Can you host a website someone else built?
Usually not. Hosting is designed around sites we build. If yours runs on WordPress or a builder, we'll help you weigh fixing it against rebuilding.
